A brief history of the Chickpeas:
The Chickpeas met as music students in graduate school in Austin, TX. Originally they were a girl band, but failed to make much progress without a bassist or percussionist. After recruiting Robert and Michael (The Dickpeas) songs came together and the Chickpeas began to perform and record. They are now scattered around the country, but the long-awaited EP is finally out.
